ATTENTION PROMISe™ Users:

  • The LIHEAP PROMISe™ Internet portal has now changed from "LIHEAP.DPW.STATE.PA.US" to "LIHEAP.DHS.PA.GOV".

  • LIHEAP Vendor PROMISe™ users need to update their bookmark in order to process Crisis claims and view payment vouchers.

  • The old website redirect to the new PROMISe™ website will expire 12/31/2024.


Notice:

    The 2024/25 LIHEAP Season begins 11/4/24
  • Review the updated Crisis 101 PowerPoint and Desk Guide links.

  • Your vendor agreement requires you to process all Crisis claims within 30 days.

  • The 2024/25 Season Crisis season limit is $1,000.

  • NEW: LIHEAP attachment rejections will display on your Worklist this season, not through the mail. Rejections require your action.

  • If the total Crisis claim amount exceeds the LIHEAP Crisis amount indicated on your Worklist for that customer, the claim will be DENIED. Corrections to data entry will need to be made by the vendor. This could include entering credits/payments made by the customer or other agency.

  • LIHEAP trip tickets/shut off notice documentation submitted via FAX or MAIL must include the LIHEAP Cover Sheet.

  • Contact the Vendor Unit to schedule an appointment/tutorial on how to upload documentation. Call 877-537-9517 or email RA-LIHEAPVendors@pa.gov

  • If a Crisis Auth # isn't needed for a delivery, advise the Vendor Unit that the Crisis Auth # needs to be retracted and provide the reason.

  • Take time to update your PROMISe™ password and remove PROMISe™ users who no longer have LIHEAP responsibilities or add others who will need to access vouchers / process LIHEAP Crisis claims during the 2024/25 Season. Call the PROMISe™ helpdesk 800-248-2152 if you need help with these things.
